It’s the little things..

For those who actively look for people to meet, whether that’s messaging first or winking:

What little things will stop you initiating contact with someone?

Here are a few that put me off:

- SPaG

I know it’s controversial, but things like lack of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation annoy me. Moreso in a public domain where you’re basically showcasing yourself to others. There are exceptions - dyslexia for example. I take that into account.

- Couple’s profiles where the pictures are all her

If your profile says that you only play together, I’ll obviously want to see him before I decide if I’m interested. Grr!

Single profiles (male and female) where pictures are more play partners than the actual person.

One reason I've heard is "look at me I have experience". I mean, so do I, but I don't need to show it.

Things like "pictures on request", "if you want to know anything just ask", "expert in making you...", "you must be smooth, trimmed etc". And whining on status updates.

People who lie about their age.

Example: they have age 41 on their profile but clearly they’re a lot older than they’re making out to be!

You're missing a full stop after 'her'.

Showing prejudice? Yeah, there’s no need and reveals a lot about the kind of person they are!

It’s a header. Don’t strictly speaking need one, there wasn’t one after SPaG either.

I'm always astonished by how many guys local to me use horrendous language about women, are only looking for women, and complain that they don't get anywhere. Like, really? If you think we're all worthless bitchy hos, I'm not touching you with a ten foot barge pole.

I saw one ages ago where he claimed to be in his 50s. He sent me a picture consistent with that, but the fashion and the fading on the picture (digital picture of a print) suggested it was taken in the 80s...

One little thing that annoys me is people who have been on a week complaining that they aren’t getting a meet or complaining that there aren’t any decent women on here. I’ve seen a a single female profile do that second one a few times. Also with some single males their opening messages are horrendous like would they actually go to someone in a pub or a club and say that.

It’s probably weird seeing a man say that

South East Wales

Dirty bedrooms/living rooms etc in the background. Basically if their house is a state then what does that say about the person...

Absolutely hate being asked how we are, how we are finding the site and what we are into- read the profile!!

Being sent blurry/bad quality face pictures. You may as well not even bother sending it at all.

Also, recent got sent a message from a MM profile which was one guy trying to get a girl to fuck him and his mates. Addressed the message only to me, and gave me the instructions on what I was expected to do for all them- very presumptuous and just rude.

Sassy

Many of the messages I get would get you thrown out of a pub. Possibly bodily rather than just escorted.
