Left leg and right leg

When I pull on a pair of tights, the left leg goes first.

When I pull on a pair of stockings, the right leg goes first.

No idea why.

Maybe not the most jaw-dropping discovery in the history of humanity

but it did get me wondering what other habits people have that seem contradictory.

I don't drink coffee as it is disgusting, but I eat coffee and walnut cake.

I don't like dark chocolate, but eat After eights

I loathe Marmite but adore Twiglets that are covered in it.

I don't like raw cheese but do like cooked cheese.

Oh and don't talk to me about tights- bought a pair of those stocking tights for a fancy dress outfit last year - took me three attempts to get them on right!!

P hates onion in any food but eats onion bhajis when we have an Indian takeaway.
