Why do some people sent friend request repeatedly to you? And copy and paste the same message?

Surely after being told thanks but no thanks a few times they would get it!!!

But no, they keep doing it!!

I state on my profile that I will block those who send unsolicited friend requests and I always do. People only get on my friends list by actually meeting me or if we are planning a meet.

If you don't want repeated requests from the same profile then don't respond to the request. If you delete it they can just send another one whereas if you just leave it sitting there they can't.

Just don't delete the request then they cannot send another for 30 days

If you leave the friend request unresponded to they can’t send another request until the first one expires. Which is something like 30 days. So I just leave them untouched

We have it on our profile. No random friends requests. Yet daily we get random friend requests. Mostly from unverified people with no friends only pictures....

So they obviously havnt even bothered or have ignored the profile totally anyway and we figure they just go around sending them to everyone. We started leaving them open too and don't even delete them now... X

We clearly state in our profile, do not friend request unless we have exchanged messages or have already met. They get blocked if they don’t understand a simply request.
