The Coital Alignment Technique

Would someone explain the coital alignment technique in a different way. I'm trying to figure it out.

It's the missionary position, the male lies above the female but moves upward along the woman's body, until his erection, which would otherwise point "up," is pointing "down" the dorsal side of the penis now pressing against the clitoris; and as opposed to the missionary position, the male’s body moves downward (relative to the female's) during the inward stroke, and upward for the outward stroke.

That sounds fairly straightforward. I think the woman would probably need to tilt her pelvis up slightly and the guy would need to use an undulating motion.

I don't think so. I think it slides round and in. I'm trying to think of a comparison for reference but I can't. His penis follows the curve of the her body. I don't imagine it's easy though but it sounds like a lot of fun.

That's what I was thinking. Is it physically possible they way it's mentioned.

I thought maybe the guy leaned inward applying forward pressure not inward pressure. But a guy would have to be careful not to rip her.

I've had some friends that were dating the same guy at different times complain that he would do that and it tore them.

This is easier done is the woman has her legs closed. You slide is as you usually would, hitch your legs over the outside of her closed legs whilst still in her - your cock, when fucking, will then be running up and down her clit whilst penetrating. It's pretty good.

There definitely internal, it's not just a dry hump. If you need a different angle rather than being at 90 degrees above in an up/down motion, you move down slightly to say 45 degrees where you are nearer a missionary position, just the legs are closed. As soon as you move back above you are rubbing down the clit though.
