Might sound daft but I just can't do it

I can type what I want to say have it all in my head ready to say it but when the moment comes to say something dirty or what I actually want it's like I've lost my voice I can't get the words out or I blurt them out so rapidly it's non coherent

Soo....

Any tips please

For me it’s completely natural and I love it

If you want to do it but struggle, focus yourself on what stops you.

Then, try empathy! Or think what the other parties want or why gets you off

Hopefully this can help.
