My wife rides her bicycle in a dress, but it is a woman's bicycle.

Why not? I wouldn't wear a tiny mini dress but women rode bikes wearing dresses all the time until fairly recently. The back wheels used to have a sort of cover over them so the hem of the skirt didn't get caught

Up to you. It can get in the way if its a bit longer or be a bit revealing if it's shorter. Trousers or shorts are easier in my opinion.

Where I am at the moment theres plenty of ladies riding a bike up and down the coast in just shortish skirts and dresses.

Owner of property im doing up at moment actually rides to work in a skirt/dress.

Yes, I rode a motorbike wearing jeans mini skirt in the past so a pushbike is easy as pie

I often do. Like the feeling that my skirt may blow up or people can see my underwear. Liberates me
