Right now, nothing springs to mind. I don't like my knees too much for example, but I don't dislike them to the extent of getting them enhanced just yet! My physical form whilst nowhere at perfect level, whatever that is, is appealing enough it seems and cosmetic surgery wouldn't give it any practical use, eg if I had butt cheek implants then it wouldn't mean that I could squat any more weight, just that I had two lumps of plastic stuck in my arse? (Insert punchline here

)

But I wouldn't rule out something in the further future if I deemed I needed it, say by my mid-60s I had lost teeth, so had them screwed into my jaw for example. I like eating and it would be far easier than fannying about with dentures!

My feet are ok though
