Do you require floor access by key card or can you walk up using corridor or lifts to bedroom please ?

Nah they’re not at all. There’s a bar on the roof, so they have to allow access to the public all night

Yeah you can walk straight in and get in the lifts to the SL any time. Security may turn you away if you look worse for wear late on and they may actually ask if you’re a resident but in my experience you can get up to a room for a meet no problem
