Never been to a swingers night

I have never been to a swingers night and wondered how do i beat the shyness and nerves of going on my own.

Any offers or tips much appreciated.

Remember we've all been there before so you're not alone, go with the idea of just chatting to people and if anything else happens it's a bonus and perhaps most importantly don't drink so much you make an arse of yourself! Easy really!

Get chatting on the forums and in chat and find some people who go to the night you're thinking of so that you'll not feel like a spare one when you get there.

Perhaps get to a social in your area so you can get make contacts there.
