Not nice. I seen to have tennis elbow too at the moment, bloody annoying! Still, I hate mentioning my ailments.. I'd rather smile and suffer in silence.

My left shoulder is in bits at the minute, all down to playing rugby a few weeks ago......so well worth it in my opinion, just peed off it’s taking so long to get right

Left, from an old rotator cuff injury. I have to get it massaged regularly to keep the pain away but I forget to do it, so its in the 'too painful for a deep massage' stage

I used to have tendinitis in my left shoulder and had to have a cortisone injection but didn't help it, physiotherapy solved the problem for me

I went for a sports massage about a month ago x

Within minutes the therapist had pin pointed s “historic knot” in my shoulder

He worked on it for over an hour x st times it felt brutal but ultimately I was pain free with increased mobility at the end of the session

£40 well spent!

Right shoulder plays up every once in a while because I had to have decompression surgery on it a few years ago
