Fun2two is in Rotterdam , so you have a taxi ride .

Try the Showboat in Amsterdam .

Costa Blanca Spain...

A taxi from Amsterdam to Fun4two would be bloody expensive. It's around an hour away. Car hire and hotel would be a better (and probably cheaper) option.

For couples only Fata Morgana is a lot closer and, as said above, check out the Showboat.

If you are into lots of single guys then Paradise club could be an option. It's not everyone's cup of tea and it may or may not be still open (it's closed and re-opened a couple of times over the years)
