If you mean Rios spa, it's a naturist spa which has 'relaxation rooms' - used for play mostly. If it's a proper naturist spa, then it's a very different thing and not sexual.

Either way, if you're up for getting naked and having a day if it, I'd say go!

(I'm headed to Rios for a bit Sunday daytime btw!)

We love BGHS which is a naturist spa ,being able to use all the facilities whilst being naked is great and then added advantage of rest rooms if the need takes you .Certainly liberating and now go naturist camping as well

Totally understand your concerns but think you will find people are just interested in relaxing and not judging. They have a great lounge area where you can get coffee and food (you have to wear a towel in there ) and able to chat to people .I'm sure you will have a great time

We had the same reservations when we started about 7 years ago being Naturists. Naturists come in all shapes and sizes and woth lifes journeys displayed on thier bodies, scars and attachments are never an issue for us. We look at people in the face and being naked is a great leveller.

Just be mindful in true naturists environments all are not swingers just because they are naked. Enjoy your new freedom.

Bghs is really nice, I’ve been going since I was 18, totally recommend this place I come out so relaxed after, great for getting body confidence, I’m 100% body confident, huge scars on me! and that’s due to that place

Went to a spa on a recent work trip to Germany, and was totally converted to the idea of nude spa/sauna/steam. Once you get your head around being naked around other people with no sexual element involved, the liberation and relaxation is immense!

BGHS is lovely and we're going this evening. I've got so many scars I look like an A to Z map and nobody has ever batted an eyelid. You get a complete mixture of body types, colours, shapes and sizes.

Relax and enjoy the freedom - in all the times I have been to naturist spas no-one has ever made disrespectful comments - we all have flaws, but being naked together levels us. I am at Clover Spa next week and know I am in for an evening of relaxed social nudity with other like minded adults.

Go on - go get naked!

Spa's are lovely full stop! BUT naturist is VERY different to swinging. Any hint of sexualised behaviour and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Swinging spas like BGHS are brilliant though. Enjoy!!
