Men: Do many men have a fetish for women in leggings or tight gym bottoms?

I train with C somedays and she wears gym leggings. It's hard to keep your hands off when she's stretching, laying down leg curl, bent over back extensions, squats!(anything really I just love the look) and she does something where she lies down and with her legs in the air repeatedly does splits - I don't even believe this is a real exercise but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who notices her when she does it!
