Cons - It's a medical procedure, and as such has risks that there may be complications that may lead to issues with its ability to function correctly

Pros - You may end up with a slightly larger cock

I saw a program once on a bloke who had this done and the aftermath was horrendous

I felt so sorry for him he was devastated, was in pain and could not maintain a hardon or even have a wank!!

For the sake of an xtra inch just not worth the risks

Penis enlargement only adds a bit of extra hanging when flaccid (done by cutting some ligaments) and adds girth. Erect it remains roughly the same size. There was article on the Guardian about this last year, Google penis enlargement stories Guardian and it should show up.

My ex had it done, for free, on the NHS, because he is diabetic.

We used to party a lot and he was taking too much Viagra, then Cialis.

I advised him against having the op, because I felt, if he abstained for a while he wouldn’t need so many ‘drugs’.

I feel he wanted the op for the ‘slim’ chance it would make his cock bigger. I can tell you it doesn’t, in fact it seemed slightly smaller.

He thought, after the op, it was great, he loved it because he could stay hard, (up to four, yes, four days).

I hated it, it felt so mechanical, as you have to pump to ‘inflate’ the penis to make it hard, then ‘deflate’ it.

He was a serial cheat and buggered off with a younger model, so I am well rid.

There was a programme on BBC 3 (I think) last year where it followed a couple of people. The result (and the procedure) seemed more reminiscent of someone stuffing the turkey at Christmas. Yes, extra girth, not really extra length and after all was said and done it looked exactly like the procedure appeared - a bit of a sack of rocks. Kind of looked a bit funny as well so definitely put me off ever considering something like that. I may not be overly endowed but at least it's all natural, I can feel everything and no chance of smelling like a sausage bar-b-cue in the summer.
