It is possible to fall in romantic love easily. If every man you meet or even don't meet is falling in love with you though I'd say they're very needy and as you're a very attractive woman who's probably either nice to them or seemingly unattainable they imagine themselves in love.

Guys who have very little experience still confuse sex with love. It's easy to fall in love with someone who is nice to you, especially if you had or have a hard loveless life, If the people in it reject you - your parents, siblings, "friends", wife even.
