In my view yes it is.

I like eye contact, kissing touching and closeness. Those things are lost in the traditional doggy style.

There are better variations of it that I do enjoy.

Missionary is for some reason seen as boring. For me it's so intense and hot. The connection and chemistry. Fingers locked bodies locked. It's something that thrills me.

Doggy is harder to get the positioning perfect in but I like it for a part of a session at least, and of course when with multiple partners the 'spitroast' option takes doggy to a different level too.

Both giver and taker need to be on the same wavelength though and 'fit' together well, it's best when you can alternate between the giver doing the work and then remaining more passive while the taker throws it back and does the work too. Always best to switch things up and not do the same thing too long imo/e.
