No attraction

Has anyone had someone turn up for a meet that looked different from their pics and you had no attraction there.

I did and was awkward as fuck, needless to say not alot happened that night lol x

If he does... His night just got worse. I've been in your shoes before though. Am sure we're not the first nor the last. I wonder if anyone has ever thought that about me after meeting? Guess I'll keep my eyes peeled on the forum in case a thread appears!

This is why I always meet socially for a drink. Many times I finished my drink and went home alone. If mutual attraction is not present, there'll be no fun.

I never feel awkward as men usually say I look better than my pictures. But it's quite disappointing meeting someone who has hair in his pictures, didn't wear glasses, looks fit and well groomed etc when reality is somewhat very different.

Yup on a couple of occasions. I meet for a strict social only first. They are told nothing but a social will be happening on that day/night. For me this way I feel it gives them chance to back out of a further meet as it does me as well. The thing for me is it's not just how they look. Height has a factor for me, lots lie about their height. Their natural smell can put me off and finally the kiss. I always kiss on a social. If the kiss leaves me feeling dead I can't go further

He admitted picture was 7 years old. Glasses were just cherry on the top he wanted to escort me home after I finished my drink but I politely declined.

Strictly social is the way forward after a meeting of the minds via the initial connection then the swapping of messages etc.

I'm not so shallow as to put looks above all that has been shared to instigate the social in the first place.

Yeah we always meet for a couple of drinks close to our flat first. If they look different to their pictures or there is no connection we can leave it there. Luckily all of our meets have resulted in us going back home for sex.

We have yet to meet someone outside of a club but when we do it will be social only meet. Then we go away and if we want to play will get back in touch...if feelings are mutual. Otherwise it’s a nice coffee and chat

I’ve had 10 years out of date before, I didn’t recognise him in the bar, turned to leave and he came up to me and said who he was, I replied with where’s the person gone in the photos....

That's why I prefer club meets.

I'd feel like absolute shit if we arranged a meet, both parties made an effort but I wasn't into it.
