It's a gel that basically has the same effect as viagra. Don't think it's licensed for sale in the UK though so not easy to get hold of.

I used to have these years ago, and had a mate buy 3 or 4 sachets off me. He was a slighty heavier guy and these were 100mg jellys so told him to go easy on them.

Few hours later he rang and said these are shit, nothings happening and he's used them all. I started to panic and said christ mate you shouldnt have used that amount, and he said 'Well i kept rubbing them on and nothings happening", im sure he had a red face when i told him that you swallow it and not rub it on lol

A simple Google search tells you that it is not legally supplied in the UK. You don’t need to be an expert there. If you want to risk your health then go for it

same symptoms here i only need a little from a sachet to get me going , then drink lots of water and nasel spray to clear nose

You can check the supplier on trustpilot. There are a couple of suppliers with kanagra in the title.
