Personally I can't think of anything more tedious than a partner constantly harping on about something I'm not particularly keen on. Lots of people fantasise about things without having any desire to actually do them, also your wife may have reservations about how it may affect your relationship.

Being very clear is always helpful in this lifestyle to make sure everyone’s happy.
