Why is it the more i try to sleep, more alert i become! Sick of this now..like my lifes not rough enough.

Grrr.

Try you tube and search for Michael Sealy or Sealey.

I use ocean sounds now, I'm finding the sound of waves relaxes me xx

If you are struggling with your grief, perhaps get some bereavement counselling, its really good to off load your emotions

Just cant get over it tbh, is it mad i come on here to chat, just seems easier

it's not something you do get over, its an ache you have to learn to live with, its one of the hardest things to lose a parent , but it honestly honestly does get easier, you have good days and bad days, the bad days will become few and far between in time xx

I just use my insomnia to catch up ok work emails..... bit of a vicious circle really but at least I’m down to zero unread emails

Go new went to sleep at 5 got up at six did a full day at work n I've just got in to say I'm knackered is an understatement
