I’d love to but it’s gotten so expensive ..

Went two years on the trot 2007/2008, even then it was £700+ for weekend tickets, had seats in CopseC both years, which at the time was the first corner on the circuit.

By the time you factor in food, accommodation, merchandise, I must’ve spent £1.5-2k over each of the three day weekends

Not going to Silverstone this year. The money we saved there has paid for a Euro trip to Spa instead for the Belgian GP.

We did Spa last year and it was great. We were just up from Eau Rouge so had a great view of the track. You need to be in the track by 7am on the Sunday to get a good spot.

If you get on to the Kemmel straight there are a couple of large video screens too also they do a pre race show from here and it's not too far to walk from the fan zone.

over 700 quid? :o I went to the Singapore one it cost £170 for 3 days, that was great fun! Best bit was Liam Gallagher to be fair, and The Sugar Hill Gang. You watch the race on a big screen anyway, then every 40 seconds some cars go past and it is back to the screen again. IF I was to goto the F1 again, it wouldn't be the UK one.
