Swinging is a Very complex scene.

Everyone has their own opinions likes and dislikes so it's very difficult put it into any sensible single explanation.

The basic understanding of swinging Is when a person cpl share their sex life with others.

This could just be talking openly to others about your sex life. Allowing others watch you to full on swap and gangbangs.some just enjoy socialising

You choose what suits you.
