To put on my eyes for regeneration, bananas are just too sticky and moist, for cold Swiss breakfast oats, cucumber doesn't go down well.

Chilled in the fridge overnight and wrapped in cling film, once it has reached body temperature, remove cling film and chop up for sandwich. Love things that have a double use. Waste not want not
