I'm sure he would disagree that you were a good mate. Friends are supposed to be loyal and support each other... or perhaps your definition is different. If a 'good mate' was fucking my husband (if i had one) behind my back, I'd class them as an enemy. Not a friend.

The ex wife of a former boss of mine.

We'd known each other for a few years from works parties Etc.

Many years later we bumped into each other and we'd both divorced by then. Had a chat then finished up back at my place and fucked each other for a whole afternoon.

She wanted to take it further but, due to her divorce still being very fresh, I decided to quit while I was ahead.

I don't regret it as such but with hindsight maybe it was one I should have left alone.
