pictures--and reverse search.

hiding from cock pics.

Sometimes I'm sure a picture is stolen from the internet, yet when I reverse search it comes up with no images found.

Can people change information attached to a picture to make it not come up in the search? Obviously if you know they can don't state how, as I wouldn't like to make it easier for anybody.

On a humorous note, sometimes some of the reverse search hits from Google are absolutely hilarious, you might reverse search a cock pic to find anything from medical infections and emergencies, to odd shaped limbs.

I researched a face pic tonight and the matches came back with people gurning.

I have a couple of theories about getting around reverse image search, but I wouldn't post them on here.

I think it depends what you are using to do the search. I tend to use TinEye and it hasn’t let me down yet.

Love Tineye. Fun to see a hot looking guy only to find 2000 matches on the internet LOL. Some genuine pics do fall victim though because people steal your pics and post them somewhere else.

Those are the ones that I find really funny. And sometimes i search intimate pictures and it comes back with all kinds of medical situations... infection boils, you name it

I've wondered this before now. I'm positive I've seen the pics on other profiles here, but can't see how I can search just fab, and they don't seem to come up elsewhere. It'd be nice if Admin could search whilst approving, but I do realise that would be a mammoth task for them.

Google's reverse image search started throwing up generic 'sanatised' results some time ago - I've an add-on now in Firefox which uses a number of search engines...

....they recently alerted me to the fact that a young lady who wanted me to fuck her in front of her boyfriend when here on holiday was Anna from Germany...

....and Poland, and Romania, and Russia, and Croatia, and...

Yeah, I get similar accusations. I'd airbrush me a bit thinner, lol.

Someone once stole not just my pics, but also my entire profile text word-for-word - annoying, but also flattering!

Yes there is. It's unlikely someone would use the method i know of on a site like this though. It involves layering pics so that only one is searchable.

I had no idea that this was even a thing.

Again tho what’s the point if a false pic, that whole idea is going to crash and burn

as soon as you find someone you like it can’t go any further.

Is it the thrill of the chase?

Tineye and Google image reverse are pretty spot on. However if they crop, filter, add a sticker etc they can sometimes slip the net.

Correct tineye won't work when a simple crop is applied.

Makes it less than useful imho

That's not usually what you find. And tbh, when I do, I don't report it. (it's usually more like "monster black cock" on a million porn sites. Or any other stereotype)

Make me wonder if I ought to reverse my public pictures.

I have been accused of being fake before

There and to the left a bit

Both Google Reverse Image and TinEye are not infallible - firstly a slight crop or filter added to a pic can prevent a match.

Secondly applying a bit of logic, given the speed with which those tools return a result, there's no way they can have searched every nook and cranny of the internet, comparing the pics.

I suspect that at most the comparison algorithms just look at the top layer of sites for a match - anything buried a layer or two down won't be found.

You then have protected profiles that may be password protected that probably wouldn't be searched, and a whole lot more.

So just because something on here doesn't reverse image doesn't mean it's genuine and belongs to the person whose profile it is - conversely though, just because a picture gets a hit doesn't mean that person is fake and using borrowed pics, they could have posted them elsewhere, and that's where using a little common sense comes in.

To use a recent example, there was a profile whose pics were regular visitors to the top of Hot Pics, one of those pics happened to reverse image one day, and actually took you to a profile on a picture sharing site where it soon became apparent all of the pics on that Fab profile had come from - the poster was called on it in the forums and explained they had pics elsewhere - however a little more digging revealed the Fab poster was located in one place this side of the Atlantic, the owners of the pics were located the other side of it, and various other details on their profile clashed with the ones posted here - now that particular profile is no longer here and I shall no more than that about it.

Why do people do it? Because they have no intention of meeting, and get a kick out of leading others on, is one thing. Because they're actually a bloke posing as a woman and enjoying the attention they get. Because they appear to look better, and hope to explain it away somehow if they do meet. Because the pics make them appear more exciting (another one I was aware of was a guy using various pics of soldiers (including, sickeningly, one dead one) that presumably he was using to try to impress).

As ever with these things, you can never truly know until you meet someone, so all you can do is use as much diligence as you can to get to know people and get a feel for how genuine they are

When guys send pics and you find them on tineye or google image search and you ask them when they took the pic and they say oh this morning or the other day, then you send them a screen shot of the results of their picture going back to sometimes as far as 2012 and they still deny they’ve stolen the pic and it’s them!
