Does anyone use a gym that still has communal showers?

And were they only ever a thing in men’s changing rooms?

All of the gyms I’ve used have moved to shower cubicles over the last few years.

Not as much fun IMO. ??

My gym doesn't have communal showers but they do have misted glass partitions that make it very easy to make out delicious curves while watching from the changing rooms

.......so I've been told

..... I obviously have never noticed any curvy petite brunettes with wonderfully pert boobies lathering themselves up

I was working in the steelworks. That was communal showers. Not quite the same thing though. Seeing Dai the foreman naked everyday is something that'll haunt me forever...

All swimming pools in Iceland are like that many even have monitors making sure that you wash all the important bits and if you don't you get sent back to do it again.. I love iceland

I used to be a member of a gym with communal showers. A gay guy used to hang around naked for hours and hours washing/playing with his cock, following guys in and out holding a hardon.

He didnt even pretend to be discrete.

There was virtually a riot and he almost ended up getting a kicking before the owners threw him out and cancelled his club membership. Lol

I can't see any reason for it being more or less fun its just a place to get clean.

Oh you been missing out , my old gym had both and normally after busy hour after work , the `body builder` types all showered together lol . Checking on fab there is always a couple of people very very close

I’ll get this out in the open and apologise now to all women who to the gym, not talking about the showers now just general girls in the gym... I know you hate lads checking you out whilst your trying to crack on with your excersizes but damn your all so hot and the gym attire is so tight I just can’t help it! My eyes have fucking magnets installed I swear to god, try to look away and they just return xx so sorry! And also please never take offence it’s a compliment x

I don't like being watched when I'm in the gym, let alone when I'm in the shower (mine has cubicles).

There was a gym perv who used to move to nearby equipment as soon as I'd start squatting, always creeped me out.

Both gyms that I use have communal M showers. Most guys are naked some where swimming trunks.. Never seen anything pervy..

Shame that they have gone away almost everywhere, especially on camp sites. Used to be fun to go and use the mens showers, if anyone said anything I'd just say the there is a queue for the women's and I'm not bothered if they aren't.

Nowhere left where I can do that any more everyone hiding in their own cubicles.

I think the term ‘Fun’ May have been misinterpreted in my original post.

I didn’t mean that they were all about perving and invading people’s privacy.

But as the term ‘communal’ suggests, it did lead to a more social, open and relaxed atmosphere in general.

A chat in the showers etc rather than everyone changing quietly and leaving.

Plus seeing the shape of some of the others was always a good motivator.
