New Year's diets?

How are they going everyone? Still sticking to it and is it working? Any tips, pitfalls you'd like to share? My tips are.. Only weight yourself once a week on the same day and preferably as soon as you get up. Combine better eating with exercise but ensure that exercise is something you enjoy. If you just join a gym and start going on silly machines that bore you you'll have had enough after 3 weeks and given in.
