Depends who they are - sometimes I know long before I meet them, but sometimes it doesn't hit me til I've been in their company for a while. With one guy I got a sudden rush to the head half way though dinner lol! Sometimes it takes me a while to know it's for sure no too - I find it harder to decide with men nearer my age.
