Has any other women on here found that when it comes to accommodating there seems to be a unwritten rule that women accommodate?

Id say a good 99% of guys who mail me mail me with offers of coming round to my home and showing me a good time, and when i have said i dont accommodate they loose interest or call me a time waster

Im not having a moan lol 'onest guv

i was just wondering if other women found this to me the case, that when chatting, even tho accommodations not been mentioned when moving onto talking about meeting they just assum its your place to invite them to yours?

Yep, even had a guy over the weekend say, he didnt accom cos he didnt want strangers in his home..... but he could come to me, my reply... i dont think so mate!

Ive had them offer to come to mine while the kids are in bed and alsorts, i find it quite insultive to be honest that guys on here think so low of me they think i'll invite them to my home while i have kids in bed

I get accused of not being single for not playing at home.

The best ones are the guys who say 'how I am missing out' on them for not having them at my house! I live alone and can play at home but I choose not to. Personal preference, and no guy will make me feel guilty for it.. no matter how hard they try!

oh ive had guys ask me if i cant send the kids out for a few hours so they can nip round

even had one guy offer to pay to send them to the pictures if he could come round wheile they was out lol

Some guys will go to any lengths to get to come round to yours for a shag.....i just never understood why a lot really do just feel its the womans place to provide the accommodation

nope no unwritten rule women accom. some ppl may chance their arm but never been an issue for me . i state clearly i dont accomm and i have no intention of accommadating .if the guy cant accomm then no meet is ever gonna happen and conversation is stopped right away ,simle as that . if they then go on about hotels or car sex i just refer them back to profile as i also make that clear for me thats not an option . if you set out your exspectations then they cant be in any doubt .if they ignor that then not kinda person youd want to meet anyway .

Seriously though - whether you can or can't - it's your choice who you let into your personal space and if they don't like it they're obviously not worth the effort. Have they never heard of this great new invention called 'hotels'?? Just googled the word and it came up with no end of options! Apparently most cities, towns and even (shock!) some villages have them too!

Of course single ladies should accom, in fact single ladies should also cook us single men a lovely meal, and also a bit of ironing would be great.

I can't see why any single lady wouldn't allow a single male they met over the t'internet into their homes.

The general opinion seems to be that it's ok for single girls to give out their address and meet complete strangers at their homes after two emails, risking not only their reputation in the community BUT their overall safety for what could possibly be a two minute fumble...let's not forget the same applies to female halves of couples who are to risk their relationships, sexual health and future of their family for something they no doubt get better at home anyway...

I mean, jeez!! Us girls that have any issues with this must be really uptight and think too highly of ourselves.....

A real single guy who's a gentleman, should always offer to accommodate, whether it's his own place or a hotel.

As a couple thats what we do (accommodate or offer a hotel), if we initiated the contact first, unless the single lady said otherwise.

Most ladies wouldn't want a single guy for one off NSA fun back at theirs for security reasons or because there are children living at the house.

If people cant see that, they are the wrong people to be seeing!

I think a lot of assumptions are made. We don't accommodate, I like to keep swinging and real life separate. But I'm always upfront about this and never expect to go to someones home. I prefer to meet at clubs, but am happy with hotels etc. I have had messages when guys have said ill come to you many times.

Some people insist on us joining them at home and feel comfortable in their own territory.

im the same, because i dont accommodate i never expect anyone to invite me to their home, im happy to use clubs and hotels, however i have had a few guys who prefer to accommodate rather than use clubs etc and in those cases im happy to visit guys at home if its suggested and prefered by them

I must be in the minority then as I always prefer to meet on my own turf (so to speak).

Socials (typically) I try to arrange at a halfway point (so that its fair to both to share the travelling).

We don't really get this. If they mail and I see their profile they can't accommodate I just tell them that as we don't they are wasting their time and just about all immediately offer to get a hotel near us.

From my experience, men don't care, and just throw stuff into the wind (Emails, winks, promises) and one must stick.

Women, should be very careful as to who they let come round for a shag. They know where you live and there are enough horror stories (couples as well) they come round, 'since we were passing' and though we would have a play.

But we are all old enough to read forums, tips passed on, other peoples experiences to learn from, to ensure we all play safe.

Do people really want to meet a different person every week for sex? How can it develop, how can you trust the other person, if you like more than simple sex...

I can accommodate, but i'm not meeting a first time at home, don't care how stunning you are

I don't accommodate not because I can't but because I don't! I'm a single woman who lives alone and yet some men refuse to see that there is a safety issue.

This is why I also insist on a coffee meet first in a public place - in fact I've just blocked someone I've been chatting with for ages because every time we arrange to meet he tries to get me to go straight to his and when I refuse he's suddenly busy...

I've heard horror stories from women when a man they entertained has given their address to friends!

I may joke that a coffee meet is to be certain that I'm not an axe murderer, but I have been threatened with violence for saying no thanks and the forums have had plenty of threads about stalkers

Pmsl seriously guys do this... if they cant accomodate..(which does include myself sadly) get a hotel room. I am always happy to do this.

I certainly would never call someone a time waster or have a go at them for not accommodating that would be stupidly hypocritical of me.

I think there are plenty of valid reasons for not accommodating and even if its just preference, what is wrong with that.. some people must just be plain lazy and cant think outside the box.

I only play at home due to the fact that is where I am comfortable as I have eyesight problems and know the layout of my home but I do not accom overnight as I have very bad sleep problems and I state that I do not overnight on my profile but always get guys pushing for it and when I say no I am called unreasonable

Yes I have come across this and to be honest.... I quite like it when this 'unspoken rule' pops up.

As it tends to be guys who are cheating and think all women on here are bored housewives, married to a sack of spuds with a small limp dick, and thus she should be grateful of the offer..... it saves me time in sorting the wheat from the chav.

Unwritten rule?..... No longer Unwritten, now we have to start the exceptions library

We can accomodate, and do accomodate but never first time we meet, that will almost definately be a club.

I got called a time waster by one bloke - who couldnt see why i wouldnt leave my kids at home and pop out - he suggested that i told them i needed to pop to the shop!!! at 10.30pm and nearest one open would be a 13 mile drive!! What a numpty!!!
