I can totally get why single swingers may prefer regular meets . Less so with couples who have each other for that extra emotional stuff .

Away from the forums and on the site in general we’ve found it 50/50 as to who wants one offs and who wants regular .

Personally I prefer regular meets for exactly the reasons you state OP - one offs can be fun but I tend to feel more inhibited with people I don't know that well, whereas a regular meet gives you the chance to be comfortable with someone and explore.
