Travelling to meets

How far would people travel to a meet. During the winter when i only use the car id probably go half hour to 45 mins away, but summer time id go 2 or 3 hours, on bike that way if it was a no show i at least get a good days riding so not a total waste

We’ve travelled over an hour each way and would do the same again, maybe a bit further for people we know.

On a weeks hoilday i started in Marlow bucks to Gloucester then to northwhich northwhich to newport Wales Newport to east London then home
