It's an interesting question. I was at a mates house recently and there were three of us, all guys, one of whom was gay. I don't consider myself bisexual, however I have often wondered if I might be. I look at guys sometimes and think, wow that guy is really good looking. Quite a lot I suppose, however am I making this observation objectively or subjectively?

Well, if you think about it this way. I also look at animals and often think, for example, that is a really beautiful dog. Doesn't mean I want to shag it, but I might want to pet it. Is that form of contact to be considered sexual, or is it just a forming of physical bonding?

I read an interesting article that sheds light on the whole question from an epistemological point of _iew so that i think I understand what defines everyone's sexuality quite clearly. I can't post the link so I'll just paraphrase some of it here.

Basically I believe that most people have some sort of bisexual/pansexual instincts and that the whole definition of sexuality is very complex. I don't think that everyone is bisexual, but i think most people are a little bit.

The subject matter of this web article titled 'Complexity of the Creative Mind' is based around research conducted by

Juliet Bruce, Ph.D. and in it she quotes the following from Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi -

“If there is one word that makes creative people different from others, it is the word complexity. Instead of being an individual, they are a multitude.”

“Like the color white that includes all colors, they tend to bring together the entire range of human possibilities within themselves. Creativity allows for paradox, light, shadow, inconsistency, even chaos –and creative people experience both extremes with equal intensity.”

Creative people are more likely to exhibit a superposition of qualities that include mood, intelligence vs. childishness, extrovert and introvert and they often defy gender stereotypes and alternate between having extremely high sexual appetites and being celibate.

Eastern spiritualities, in particular Hinduism and Taoism tell us that we all have a feminine and a masculine side. It's all related to duality and explains perhaps why it often seems that the most intelligent and creative people in society are also the most sexually deviant.

I guess the simplest and most succinct answer then to the question- Is everyone bisexual would be to say- Yes and No.

I have for some time now found that when I meet a couple that I have been more attracted the the lady rather than the man. So it is great when I meet a couple and am turned on equally by them.
