I think this comes down to a trust thing I would only do BB with some I knew and trusted I get tested and make sure I am safe and I am sure that's the main thing for BB just my opinion though

I did a not quite gangbang but 3 guys and me many years ago and it was not worth the worry.

In theory it is so sexy. But there was the testing before. Then the several months off playing after.. I mean okay. Nothing was caught ( it was my then partner and two friends) but the worry a few weeks after was awful.

Sure... There is the means to get tested, (thanks NHS) but the test is only good at the point/time of testing..
