Women are always sensitive,intelligent and matured in thinking which keeps on growing with age.

When coming to living life, it depends on person to person. Some will be still having fun or being same, but some may take U turn and look at life in new way..

As per researchers, every 10 years mental ability will be changed and so our attitude.

I think for guys this process is much more slow

At 50 I have finally found iner confidence.

Every day -I look in the mirror smile and say "you made it girl"

I then put my suit on,slip into my high heels and go to work.

When I get home I shower, put PJ's on and pour myself a large glass of wine.

Confidence has given me this selfish ability to love me...... I have also been told that I'm a great f**k with no body hang ups.

I think maybe it’s because the older you get the less you worry about what people think. I used to always worry about that whereas now I’m more this is me I’m not going to change take me or leave me.

I’m over forty and have never felt sexier , I’ve grown to love my body and have no shyness stripping off in clubs or private meets , although I do keep a bit of lingerie on because it feels sexier to me .. I’m doing things I would of never had the nerve to do in my 20s .. my boyfriend tells me how much he loves my body and how much I turn him on and we enjoy sex like a young couple .. things just get better as you age I’ve found ..

I think it's the being comfortable in your skin that tends to come with being older, I've more body confidence now than I ever had when younger, like previous posters have said.
