Sensitive question but... I find it hard to cum. It’s even harder when the other person says something like, “don’t you fancy me” then I feel bad that they think that. Then I try harder I can get to the point of cumming and think... yes thank fuck. Then the feeling will pass and it’s ages before I’m near cumming again.

Yeah breaking my back didn't help me. Sometimes I can though. Think women can disheartened by it but it isn't them.

You're not alone there. It used to take me about 3-4 meets with someone before I was able to cum with them, and that was only up until about 3 months ago.

And yes, if your partner tries to take responsibility for it, it does add a lot more stress which in turn makes things worse.

It can be frustrating when you can't cum, but on the plus side, it did mean that I could go for hours lol.

I'm yet to cum with anybody other than my wife.

Part of it is mental, I'm more comfortable with my wife than with anyone else so it's easier with her.

Part of it is physical, I take SSRIs to treat depression and anxiety and a common side effect of them is that it's more difficult to orgasm.

I've also never once had an orgasm from oral sex. I don't know why, my wife is certainly very good at it. It just hasn't happened.

Bottom line is that you shouldn't beat yourself up about it. There's loads of reasons why it can be difficult to cum sometimes.

Once you can accept that it can be difficult, you can work around it.

Yes I get this quite a lot. And the other person feels really turned off.

I have been seriously run down for almost a decade, and under constant high stress and anxiety, and this is the cause. Though I do my best with exercise etc, it is too hard to not feel anything as a human being.

I am also not really that experienced with guys (about 20-25 guys in 5 years), and haven't been with a woman for a while (kinda missing the female touch tbh)
