I've had a photo of me rejected several times by admin before it was finally accepted, because it looked too much like a professional shot. Yet it was taken by a friend on his phone camera.

I don't think it matters whether pics on Fab are taken with a digital camera, a phone or an ancient Kodak Instamatic... So long as it shows what you want it to show and doesn't make the subject of the photo look dreadful (blurred and fuzzy is rarely a good look), surely the quality is largely immaterial. Pics aren't (or shouldn't be) here to be judged on quality, so much as to give people an idea of what you look like.

true enough, i guess the question was not phrased right, it just seems to us and friend we know that if you do submit photos that are well taken and maybe more arty that you are looked on as possibly fake, we like the well taken shots and to be honest wish there was more out there than there is

i like to take artistic pics as i think they look a little better. the same when we are at partys i try and get that perfect shot but as long as its a clear shot and shows who you are it doesn't matter. i cannot stand the pics from some webcams or maybe mobiles. which the quality of the pics are so bad that it like them pics when you were a kid. if you look in the middle and go crosseyed you can make some sort of picture out of it. lol

hexham

something that appeals too my imagination, however visual porn doesnt do much for me, so it doesnt have to show cock and fanny.

i try to have a mix on mine though as some ppl do like them!

i have to say if pics are very arty i might not message as i would think the ppl were out of my league

Why would admin reject a professional shot? Surely it doesn't matter how the photo is taken, as long as it is of the people in the profile?

"The only pics we're bothered about are the ones sent after initial contact, that usually dictate if we want to take it further.

Some people are photogenic, some aren't. I'm sorry to say that I've turned people down only to be "sorry" when meeting them afterwards.

It's happened to us too on a number of occaisions, but we accept that that's the way it is sometimes. "
