Measure around your chest, and again around your waist. Those measurements can be converted into womens sizes.

3 years ago I went to the yours clothing shop in meadowhall

Looked at some dresses and was asked if I needed help

Said I was not sure if a particular dress would fit

They said try it on and proceeded to give me a bra fitting too

I go there a lot and try stuff on all the time bthey even save stuff for me as know my dress size

Look at the measurements on sizes on websites.

But be aware that women's sizes aren't always predictable or consistent. When I say I'm a 16 or 18, I'm actually anywhere between a 14 and a 20 depending on the brand, because they like to keep us on our toes.

Go on any ladies clothing website and look at sizes, and see what they are in inches to convert.

You will learn some are big and some are tight sizes

If you are about 5 ft 8 weigh about 13 stone your a size 14 to 16 in a dress

Bra I would go large or extra large

Knickers size 14

Stockings medium

Once you've turned tranny

You won't want a fanny

research is key, one size does not fit all, different clothing companies do not make the same size, some are smaller some are larger, trial and error, make sure returns are an option.

I contacted a local TV who seemed quite experienced. She showed me nothing but genuine kindness and respect. Taught me about sizes and makeup, helped me apply it and taught me a lot. Nothing sexual. Now I've made two new TV friends from doing so.

I'd reccomend this route.
