I'm considering buying a pair of ballet boots (for fun purposes obviously). Who's had some experience with these, any tips or recommendations?

I suspect the walking aspect is quite challenging

There's something about them I find really appealing highly impractical though

Jesus. Sounds like those poor Chinese women who have their feet fucked up by wearing shoes too small for them!

Northampton Somewhere

I've seen a pic of someone wearing them, must be impossible to walk more than a few steps in them!

I don't think they were designed for walking in as such, but have seen some very skilled ladies do so in them.

Bought a pair but then sold them after they stayed in box for ages apart from some photos.

Saw a video of a woman running in a pair.
