It's the same with messages. If you want to bulk delete messages then a pop up box comes up to confirm, it's not as though you can just click one button by mistake and everything's gone
It's not the end of the world and I wont loose sleep over it. I just think it's pointless putting it on your profile because most people must know you can't just delete your account "by accident". The process to delete is a pretty deliberate one for a reason, to stop you deleting "by accident".  | |||

"It cracks me up when I read on a profile that they deleted their old profile by mistake, or they put on their status that they've deleted all their messages by mistake. Why say such bollox?? You don't have to give a reason as to why you deleted your old account, it's got nothing to do with anyone so why say you did it by accident which is clearly a load of bollox? After all to delete your profile you need to click delete, then type in I AGREE (or something like that) and then click confirm! Your telling me they did all that by accident PMSL

I think most people will have deleted their profile at some point because they either couldn't be arsed at the time or had other reasons but why put you did it by mistake? It's a forum, you're entitled to your opinion I just think you're reading to much into what Im saying. I've deleted several profiles in the past like I'm sure many on here have at one point or another for various reasons. Because of that I know that you can't just delete your profile "by accident". By their own admission they've deleted their old account so they should know that you can't delete it "by accident", so why say that on your profile?? Just like why put you can accomodate when you can't? | |||
