When I see these types of threads I think "hmmm, someone is miffed they've come across a profile they like but are excluded".

Same with those thick as two short planks that post asking "what does professional on a profile mean?" I say thick because if they REALLY wanted to know they'd Google or ask the person....but nooo, they start threads to have a dig.

Its an obvious preference that is really is no different from people being specific about cock size, body size etc...

At the end of the day, sex is something intensely personal to the individual or couple, and if they are going to be sharing it with anyone at all, its perfectly within their right to specify what they want.

We have seen many post along these lines, personally we cannot see how it is racist in any way.

We meet loads of black guys and they know that H has a preference for BBC,they all meet with us and we have lots of fun and now have lots of BBC friends. They don't seem to have any issue with it and that's good enough for us.

For what it's worth, I would imagine that some peoples preferences are dictated by prejudice but I think that for the vast majority it is purely about preference.

Surely the person is being upfront and honest on their profile to filter out people they are not interested in. Why do you want to waste your and their time messaging someone when they will definitely not be interested. They have saved you and them time and effort.

Ok OP to reply with any thought I am going to have to make a number of assumptions because I dont feel you have given the full picture regarding this specific profile, but here we go.

1. The profile in question is that of a white person

2. Said white person (or persons), would like to arrange a sexual liaison with a black person and not a white person.

Now if I am right, one then needs to look at the definition of racisim, (to answer the question in your post) I prefer the Oxford Dictionary as a reference point.

1. The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, esp. so as to distinguish it as...

2. Prejudice or discrimination directed against someone of a different race based on such a belief.

Now the important thing here is point 2 In effect you are asking (again a hypothesis based on limited fact), whether a white person is being racist against a white person (by prefering to enjoy sexual encounters with black people).

So no, in the true definition the profile in question is not racist. One could argue that the profile in question is demonstrating what is euphemistically called "positive discrimination" (a hateful term coined during the recent labour era, no discrimination can be positive, by very definition, and this "swing" (if you pardon the pun) on it is a bastardisation of the english language (i.e. a positive and a negative creating a positive)))

So the answer to your question is no, its not racist, in the true meaning of the word. Your analogy with employment is not appropriate, as swinging and employment bear no cross correlation.

What the profile is doing is exercising personal choice based on either; fantasy, experience, or plain old preference.

One could argue that white profiles that say "no black guys" can be construed as racist, however this is seldom the case, again its just choice.

In this matter I have to concur with Fabio, when a profile states certain physical, societal status, colour or other such preferences I tend to steer clear. I would rather have fun with open-minded, relaxed and realistic people, I can imagine that Fabio gets quite tired of being seen as the "fulfilment of someones fantasy" purely based on the colour of his skin. jeez..always a racist card brought up... theres many a prefrance on here, bbc, small tits, bbws ...does it matter??? its not racist at all i dont think.If people wish to want a bbc or anything else on here its all about their preferance and not one of racism.
