Simple question

If a cpl is looking for just women or men then isn't it wise to choose only those sexes in Looking for Section, so they can see relevant ppl in their local updates?

Why do cpls select MF and when contacted they say " Sorry, we r looking for women only"

How time wasting it can be?

Perhaps if you are on here as a couple, they are less likely to have single only profiles but are comfortable in their relationship to meet alone too.

Better than the alternative, which you will find more here, are guys pretending to be single. Just a thought.. I dunno

It's not about us personally.

My question is

If you are looking for just women then mention it in your profile and your meets too so you don't show in others updates.

Secondly, we are grown ups so if someone says No to us then we take it gracefully. No issues at all.

We all see profiles as per our relevance we ticked, in our local updates.

If you click on Looking for men, then you will see only Men.

Then cpls should click on Women to see only women.

And also they can't be seen in our updates too.

2 minutes at most looking at profile , scan first few pics - discuss with partner - a message .

Not much time wasted . It's fab and all part and parcel of finding the people you do click with .

At least some are genuine , it's such a pain to talk to a couple only to find out it's just a single 21 yr old bi woman trawling for poor defenceless singles like me .

Yes, that's my point.

When they want to play with cpls then can use searches, and contact them.

But when they r here just for women then they should select Women so they don't show us in cpls updates.

updates are updates they appear for people who are local to you, I don't see problem their are many to choose from in the profile updates if you read profiles then it should be clear on profile what they are looking for and if it isn't and you send a message and they send a reply not interested that is the way of the site, for single guys this is the norm

I think it's their business how they want to run their profile and choose their preferences. Really don't get why it bothers you so much tbh.

Exactly. Just people looking for different scenarios on different days. My profile states what I'm looking for clearly when I am meeting, doesn't mean I'm looking for all of them everyday. Some days, single M or F, other days MF etc.

You are digressing.

It's mot about choice of playing with certain ppl, it's about mentioning it in your profile clearly and selecting the relevant gender.

Our of 50 updates 10 cpls seem to be looking exclusively for women when their profile suggests otherwise.

I am not generalising.

People r free to play with anyone here, it's not about us personally.

The words "mountain" and "molehills" sprang to mind as I read your OP and subsequent posts to be honest - is it really that much skin off your nose that people run their own profiles how they choose?

I mean I could pick up on the fact that your profile says "Not Looking For Single Men" yet your profile text says "We like single men , white and under 30 pls" and suggest that could be confusing or even misleading but it really doesn't bother me, your profile, your way of doing things

As others have suggested perhaps on the day you contacted them they weren't looking for couples, perhaps they were open to meeting just the lady from a couple's profile or perhaps they just didn't fancy you but wanted to avoid the awkwardness of saying so, but didn't want to be rude by not replying or perhaps it came down to a myriad of other possibilities....really not worth more than a moments thought

Why should they change their profiles on a daily basis to suit you? Several people on this thread have stated they may be looking for different people on different days. Which part of that don't you get?!

Maybe they like showing up for more people in updates, maybe they like having their photos fabbed, maybe they know they might be tempted by couples one day so want to appear open to that.

This. We tend to look for just women most of the time, but should the right couple come along... I think then on top of that is that, at least for us, with couples it's harder, as there are more combinations of who has to like the the look of who. So it then does become a case of studying the profile to figure whether it's even a starter. In most cases, the couples don't have a picture of a the male so we don't tend to pursue.

We would never ask if the female half would play alone, but have had that several times (along with "fuck no to the male, but we would with the female"), as well as the very very regular occurrence of the single female miraculously transforming into a couple at the last minute. And almost always they refuse to give details of the male!

No people shouldn't just do whatever they want with their profiles.

They are probably doing it because they think so sad act will lend them their wife from a couple.

I actually think it's you missing the point to be honest - people, yourselves include, will and can run their profiles how they like - no point worrying about something you can't control.

Add to that that several very valid reasons have been given throughout this thread as to why people may have their profile set up the way they do, and it all starts to add up.

Yes, *some* profiles are misleading - yours included - can you do anything about it? No

How does that mean those people are confused? Perhaps they like to keep their options open, perhaps they are open to meeting the female half of a MF couple who meets on her own, perhaps they just forgot to change the setting, perhaps a million and one other things.

I keep coming back to though, that it's their profile and they are entitled to operate it however they choose and there's nothing you can do to change that

In all fairness OP your own profile could be seen as misleading.

You state that you are soft swap only, no penetrative sex but in the next paragraph you will full swap sometimes.

Your profile, your preference of course but it’s certainly confusing and obviously based on your mood at the time. The same as the other profiles you are criticising.

I thought the looking for section is for what you are looking for in general?

So we have singles, couples, TV/TS. Not looking for them all everytime we have a meet. But are open to meeting them when we are. That's why I asked if you think the profile should be changed daily. If we are looking for just couples on Fri, should we change it? Then change it to say single girls on sat?

Just trying to understand.
