Fake tits seldom appeal to me, especially if they`ve been done just because the female wanted them. The scars are a dead giveaway.

However, if they`ve been done after an operation to remove cancer then it`s something you accept as part of things. My very god friend needed a breast reduction and in her case, things are similar.

I would try to find the best surgeon you can. Ask around, if possible as other surgeons.

I had mine reduced from a KK They were ridiculous as well as painful. Much more comfortable as a DD now, and can actually buy tops that fit... And ride my horse without threatening to knock myself out! Winner winner!

He did my reduction, can't fault him.

Brilliant support from his team throughout the whole process, surgery was perfect.

I am more than happy with the results... Had no complaints from anyone else either
