It's Japanese by a country mile. No other nationality comes remotely close, they have their own genres of porn and types of adult entertainment that don't even exist in Europe.

The OP asked about "the naughtiest". I agree that Germans and Scandinavian sare very open about sexual matters - but they're not what I would call "naughty". they're all too open air and saunas and matter-of-fact, if you understand what I mean. The same (from my experience ) of women from the Sub-Continent. My vote has to go to either the French or the Italians. Certainly (again from experience) in both countries swingers clubs are all over the place and are very busy - in fact possibly the best night I've ever had in my sexual life was in a club in Paris.

I was factoring in the culture rather than just individuals I've had the pleasure with. In Japan you get all sorts of kinky fuckery that simply doesn't exist outside of Japan. They have entire porn genres that they invented. I really pity the people who would consider any country in western europe to be remotely kinky on the kink scale. I go back and forth with India because it's a bit of a strange mix like America, extreme liberal mixed with a hardcore conservative culture in places.
