Yes if you go to the community section there is an upload section .. there are lots of great amateur vids on there .

I have only used xhamster for this sort of thing but I don't find it very user freindly. It can be incredibly slow to process uploaded video so you can get a long wait (4 days is my record) for the footage to become viewable.
