Not to my knowledge and it's easy to see why - just compare the number of Fabs that it takes to get to the overall page one with the number of Fabs it takes to get to page one of men's Hot Pics

Not as many women fab pics as men do. So it hasn't happened and is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
