Yes, I walked out of a flat which was filthy and the bed sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in months and hasn't even made the bed. I made my excuses and left. He text me and asked me to come back and it would be fine if I closed my eyes

That's soo classy, I was on another site an met a cpl, their flat was gross, it had newspaper in the corner for the dog to shit on, dirty coffee cups etc everywhere. But being thoughtful they had laid out a duvet on the floor to play on. Safe to say 'work rang' and I left.
