I've noticed recently that i'm getting messages from couples profiles and when i remind that i don't meet couples i get 'oh but we've split up and its just me now'! Am i being awkward turning them down cos they're mailing me from a couples profile?

Not at all,we get it all the time. How hard is it to set up a new profile? TBH seems like mostly single guys looking for a new angle.

Nope, its just them pretending to get round your preferences. However you might want to filter out couples if you're definitely not meeting them.

The OP hasn't stated whether it is the male half doing this but I would put money on it to be honest.

but thats just it!!! i do meet single guys, i'm just not so much into couples. just not guys who are using a couples profile thinking they'll get more attention...

know exactly how u feel we meet single guys but never guys that come from a couple profile ever they usualy are chancers so we see them as twats and like said before move on

we get this alot, we are happy to meet singles or couples, but never half a couple, we did once believing what he told us, only to have the fem on the door a week later going off on one, the funny thing is that after they split( she new nothing about him playing away) we ended up making friends with her and have played many times

Yes there will always be chancers trying it on and message outside the preferences.

But like others have said, you can stop it immediately by applying the filters

I then had the man message me and I replied the same. He then messages back saying he was going behind her back so would have to be discreet

i dont understand it personally if your genuine about meeting set up a single profile there are plenty of single women and couples on here looking for single men so you got much more of a chance meeting if your honest from the outset

To be fair though they've probably read your profile and the opening line where it states you are married, and think that you are ok with cheating.

no i also get that all the time, and i get the female half of couples mailing me who all of a sudden turns into the male half whos allowed to play alone soon as i point out i only meet men lol

i dont reply to couples profiles, even if they say they can play alone, are no longer a couple, are fuck buddies and single really etc

same as its upto me who i meet its upto you who you meet and if something dont feel right dont do it
