I’m staying central London on Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th October.

I’m looking for a bi friendly sauna or club between the hours of midday and 5pm.

Do you mean a men only sauna? Personally I would either go for pleasuredome by Waterloo station. It has a couple of glory holes, dark room etc, and is always fairly busy

depends where you are staying. Vauxhall chariots is good and Sweatbox in Soho is good. I liked Chariots Shoreditch but it is gone. Waterloo saunas are too small for me. Good luck
