Eat normally, stop snacking (easier said than done), and exercise a little more. Remember to measure your inches (waist Tec.) as well as the weight. As you will be turning some of That weight to muscle. | |||

" I don't know anything about gyms but I do know that it's stupidly easy to eat more calories than you can ever exercise off so you need to watch what you eat as well. The gym can make you fit and burn some calories and is generally a good thing but not really an effective weight control. For that I'd suggest eating more soluble fiber and hope that after some time (months) your gut microbiome shifts towards one less likely to cause you to store fat. If you're already eating a lot of soluble fiber then maybe you could consider a microbiome transplant. Mike | |||

Pretty much everyone in the gym won't even notice you're there. After the first week you'll be fine, nerves will be gone. Just got to take that first step. | |||

The more you go the more comfortable you get. It’s about eating too. Eating correctly is more important x | |||
