People still tell me my hotel reviewing job must be awesome.

And I often get called odd or weird because of the times I choose to meet, I even attracted a 'you're stupid' once.

Oh well.

A few years back a couple said single guys and 'trannies' should not be on here and aren't welcome as swinging is a couples only thing...though single women were welcome!

When I post I meet I get a mixture of idiots messaging me.

I’ve been told I’m stupid, and also been told to fuck off or die after politely declining them.

Happily the block and report buttons have their use.

I genuinely do not get why some people are so rude. I’m sure they wouldn’t do it if they were talking to someone face to face.

If some of the conversations I’ve seen mentioned on fab took place in a bar or club, there would be carnage.

The analogy of junk mail is often used in response to folk asking why don't people reply .

I often see threads from folk complaining about the mail they receive on here lack of effort one line fancy a fuck txt spk.. no pictures attached wrong type of pictures attached...I'd liken this to junk mail.. we all receive crap through our letter boxes In the real world it'd be very difficult to manage without a mailbox.

On here the site allows you to "board up" your mailbox with filters blocks and if necessary complete gender blocks.

Why don't you use the tool ? You can or could still message those that interest you or have your ongoing conversations.

Otherwise you're gonna have to accept you'll receive some junk mail.

Solution-If you're not meeting you can hide your profile.

Problem solved.

Alternatively just delete and block anyone who ignores your "not meeting" message.

No need to get into any kind of dialogue.
